Cancellation Policy
By booking this session, you agree to the following terms: ✅ Session Details Each session is 30 minutes and conducted via Zoom. Sessions are designed to address live sound and audio-related questions or challenges. 🔒 No Cancellation / No Refund Policy All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, technical issues on your end, or change of plans. Please book mindfully and ensure you’re fully committed to the scheduled time. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed one time only with a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your session. The rescheduled session must occur within 7 days of your original booking. Missed sessions or late arrivals beyond 10 minutes are considered no-shows and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. 🕒 Lateness Policy A 5-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be marked as a no-show and forfeited without refund or reschedule. Sessions will not be extended due to lateness. 📩 Pre-Session Requirements During booking, you must fill out the intake form with your specific question or topic to ensure your session is focused and productive. Sessions without sufficient context or prep information may be less effective, and this is not grounds for a refund. 🎥 Recording & Confidentiality Sessions may be recorded for internal use only unless otherwise agreed. All discussions remain private and confidential.
