About Brandon

From a young age, Brandon always knew he wanted a career in the music industry. He started to develop his passion for live sound at 16 years old mixing for his local church in New Jersey. After attending a Sade concert in 2011, his decision was solidified to pursue his calling. Brandon attended Full Sail University in Orlando, FL, where he graduated in 2013 with a Bachelors Degree in Show Production and Touring. With his degree in hand, he moved back to New Jersey and began freelancing in and around New York City. One day, he had the meeting of a lifetime, with Ray Chew, who, at the time, was the Musical Director for American Idol. This meeting led to him becoming the Head Audio Engineer and Production Manager for Ray and his wife, Vivian’s company, Chew Entertainment. While with the Chews, Brandon got a crash course in mixing monitors for many great artist of today and the past such as; Chaka Khan, Jennifer Hudson, The Isley Brothers and Angie Stone, just to name a few. He not only mixed, but also learned a lot of the inner workings of the music industry. After some time with Chew Entertainment, Brandon took a leap of faith and became a freelancer. He was called for his first big gig mixing monitors for R&B artist Ne-Yo. After a few months with Ne-Yo, he then went on his first tour with one of the most iconic female groups of all time, TLC, as the Monitor Engineer and Production Manager. When the tour ended, everything started to fall in place and Brandon caught the touring bug! From there on, he has worked with many of today’s biggest artists such as ASAP Rocky, Lizzo, Ciara, Nicki Minaj, PartyNextDoor, Camila Cabello, Big Sean and most recently finished 2021 mixing Monitors for Drake and Front of House for Kendrick Lamar and 24K Goldn.
