Cancellation Policy
✅ Booking Rules: This is a complimentary, one-time-only session offered to new clients only. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You may only book one Free Discovery Call per person. 🔁 Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling must be done via your confirmation email link. No rescheduling is allowed within 12 hours of the session — in that case, the session will be forfeited. ❌ Cancellations: If you can no longer attend, please cancel via your confirmation email at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in ineligibility for future complimentary sessions. 📍 Please Note: This is a short, focused strategy session — not a coaching or feedback session.
