Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 📅 Booking Window Sessions must be booked at least 4 days in advance to allow time for proper mix review and preparation. 🎧 Mix Submission Deadline You must submit 2 mixes within 24 hours of booking. This ensures there's enough time for detailed listening across various systems. Late submissions may result in your session being rescheduled. 🔗 Upload Your Files Here Please upload your mixes using the Dropbox link below: https://www.dropbox.com/request/4xKFVHpILxtQ1N6BnLu5 For best quality, please upload .wav files. MP3 files are not recommended as they may not reflect the full sonic detail needed for accurate critique. 🔁 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, but is not guaranteed and depends on availability. ❌ Cancellation Policy There are no refunds for cancellations. If you can’t make your session, you’ll need to reschedule it. Failure to reschedule in advance will result in a forfeited session. 🚫 No-Show Policy If you miss your session without notice, you will not receive a refund or reschedule opportunity. A new booking will be required. ⏱️ Late Arrivals If you're more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened.
